Research Areas

Basic research: Aiming at the molecular mechanism of epithelial-mesenchymal transition in malignant tumors, it is proposed that "epithelial-endothelial transition" is the formation mechanism of angiogenic mimicry.

New anti-tumor therapy technology: established and designed an anti-tumor strategy for artificial circular DNA to up-regulate the expression of tumor suppressor genes.

New drug research and development and transformation: systematically studied doxycycline as an "old drug for new use" and relocated to PAR1-positive malignant tumors, inhibiting proliferation, metastasis and EMT, and through preclinical research, safety evaluation research and pharmaceutical research.
